Name of the person: Sen

First off, I would like to clarify that while *most* of this report is free of bias, Sen and I were friends at one point, and are no longer friends due to abuse I took from the friendship. Because of this, my report may be a bit less credible, but everything stated is true, despite not having proof. The only proof I would be able to provide would be chat logs from Skype, though those are able to be edited and thus not reliable as evidence (but I will search for them if needed).
I’ll try to organize this in a logical timeline, based on when I found out about things that happened.
I first met Sen around Christmas of 2011, I randomly gave her a Dragon Impling jar I had to spare, as I was giving them out for Christmas presents. Because of that, we started talking and got acquainted. 
We talked in game a lot, and she was beginning to seem like a great person. Then I received a Pmod invite on January 27th (almost my Modversary!), so naturally I accepted happily. This made Sen jealous, as her friends “always get pmod and I never do”, so after a while of being abused and bantered by her to recommend her on the topic to recommend a pmod, I did. I’m unsure how she even knew of this topics existence.
In addition to this, she abused connections with the Forum mod players “Tg” and “Kingduffy” to see posts that were hidden on threads that she shouldn’t have had access to.
After this we started developing a close friendship, and took our chats off of RS (to the instant messenger “Skype”, therefore I have no reliable proof of anything said, its based on my word alone, and I’m sorry for that). Once there she mentioned in casual conversation about bugs that she used to abuse in-game.. Bugs that made familiar timers last forever, bugs that allowed you to smuggle familiars into the Fight Caves, miscellaneous bugs associated with Daemonheim, and others. So to put on the list for the end: Bug abuse.
Around the same time, we talked also about her goal to trim her  Completionist’s Cape and her use of the “fast hopping” method (not really a main priority, but some consider that unfair also), and she mentioned her habits of Multi-logging to assist the people who set up the method. Castle Wars (the player) also took part in multilogging to help abuse this method, and that was her justification for doing so.
The next piece of information to come out was about her sharing her account. She used the top ranks of RuneScape highscores to get in on “marching” items, to buy and sell for profit in mass quantities. However, since she couldn’t always be online at the time she allowed her friend Alex (Runescape name of “Msl”) to go on her account and buy/sell the items for her instead. In exchange for this, she went on his account and trained his Runecrafting via the ZMI method while he was asleep. While I do have NO PROOF of any of this, account sharing would perhaps be the easiest part for Jagex to investigate.
Moving on a couple months into the early Summer of 2012, she was talking to me about a friend of hers named Hector. I was never made aware of his RuneScape name, but she told me that he wanted to buy her green partyhat off of her, and offered her $600 of real life money for it. Suddenly, her green partyhat disappeared a couple days afterwards and she would tell her friends in the in-game chats that she lost it in a stake.
After this we drifted apart and I no longer wanted to be friends with her, after around 7 months of being bullied at every turn, coupled with her habits I thought it best to distance myself, and she deleted me on Skype. One morning I woke up to find a message from her asking “Is this you?” and it was a link to a picture of a “Trace my IP” website, listing someone who lives about 200 miles away from me. She said there had been no answer when she tried to call, but it was quite alarming. I sent a PQ regarding what to do with stalkers around this time, if that’s still on record. She also went after the player Alibhon, and Alibhon informed Mod Jane of these actions. Sen hosts her own website (www.majal-kita.com), and uses that as a means to share pictures and grab other players IP addresses so she can use them to stalk people.
And lastly, while not a major issue itself, her attitude poses a problem when dealing with Display names. She abused the display names sticky in account help to obtain 3 rare names for herself. Two of them (Sen and Pegasister) are both on her main account, while she holds the name “Lady Gaga” on her noob account. While abusing systems isn’t exactly rule breaking, she flaunts it in people’s faces. On her thread in the High Level General section, a player by the name of Lyra Belacqa posted asking about a display name, and was told by Sen to, “ You really need to just get over the whole name change thing already, it's getting old :|”
This was after unfairly gaining 2 of those 3 names herself, and then having the nerve to tell off someone else who wanted a name that has been inactive for 9 years. 
In addition to this she has a history of not being able to keep confidential information, such as finding out and leaking the name of Mod Reach’s choob account to other players, along with the PMod guidelines (and the recent change to them to be able to mute spammers again)
Coupled with the “leaking guidelines” point, she also had a PMod account under a different name a few years ago. However, she sold this account to someone else (while it still had moderator status) and because she did that, she felt Mat K did not wish to give her a PMod invite, which is why she berated me into recommending her, and pestered Jane about it after that.

*While these topics aren’t exactly “rule infringement”, they aren’t exactly good qualities for a player to have, especially someone on the Player moderator team. This list is a combined effort of Alibhon, Grixac, Lathow, and myself, so I hope that coming from us to you is enough of a statement to consider investigating the account for any of these that can be checked for.
I feel horrible for even writing this in, as I do not like to badmouth people at all. But Sen is becoming a growing danger to the community, she manipulates her way into any relationship that will benefit her, uses the person to the fullest extent, and then tosses them aside afterwards as they’re no longer needed.
I’m very sorry for this, but something does need to be done about Sen and her dangerous ways, before someone ends up in serious trouble from her stalking them. I’m aware that the status of another players account can’t be divulged to me, but any information at all regarding if my information is taken seriously or being classed as a nutter making blind accusations would be greatly appreciated. I’m not one to talk badly of others, but the more I see this player abusing connections the more infuriated I become.
