Correction of the grammar test 1) capable -> incapable 3) The looks weren't descriped in detail, which makes it hard to imagine her. The only descriptive detail mentioned about her is her personality. She seems to like stuffing animals and perhaps even humans. She also seems to like poisoning her victim's tea, because of Billiys remark that the tea tastes bitter, and a bitter taste is often associated with poison in stories. This leads me to believe that she is a cruel woman interested in men who are in their prime time, because they look wonderful being stuffed. 4) to be spoilt If somebody gives you a lot of things/everything you want. In the most case it's the own parents. to be engaged Is a promise between a couple to get married. Homework November 5th, 2012 Informal Text Dear Dean, You probably didn't expect this letter, but since I usually exchange letters with my friend here, I thought I'd do the same with you. You probably heard me talking about my pen-friend David, but not so much about his family, the Owens, so I guess I'll cover that for you first. First we have David, who's a quite weird little fellow. He's very arrogant but he's surprisingly insanely helpful. He goes to a local school. If you're sking him to do something, he'll do it and helps you with your tasks. It's kind of illogical, isn't it? Next we have his mother Sheryll who is very nice and friendly. She works as a nurse in the same hospital, in which her husband, Peter, works as a networkadministrator. I kind of like it here, since everybody's quite nice to me and are showing me around in London. But more importantly, how are things back at home? Did anything important happen? I heard that uncle Tom wanted to marry, did he propose already? I'll be eagerly waiting for your response. Take care, Martin
