1. Use common sense. 2. No excessive racism, or racism in ooc. 3. No prop blocking, surfing, pushing, shielding, or abuse of props in general. 4. No random deathmatch (RDM). 5. No car deathmatching (CDM). You can't use your car as a weapon, whether it's random or not. 6. No spamming in OOC/advert/broadcasts, and no spamming in-character chat excessively. 7. No minging/trolling/purposely causing problems. 8. No staff impersonation. 9. Gang wars are allowed for a maximum of 30 minutes, and must be announced and agreed upon by both organizations in adverts. 10. New life rule (NLR) - When killed, you forget what you know from your last life, and must wait 4 minutes before returning to where you died. 11. No cheating/hacking, or exploiting. 12. No advertising anything not related to the server or community. 13. No mic spamming. (This includes playing music through your mic.) 14. Do not abuse adverts. (/advert) 15. Do not punch a player excessively without a purpose. 16. As a government employee, you must do your job correctly, else you'll be demoted or blacklisted. 17. No anti-afking of any kind. (You will be kicked after being AFK for 10 minutes; make it quick.) 18. When requesting/applying an arrest warrant, you must have a valid reason. 19. No reconnecting to avoid arrest, death, or other punishments. 20. You cannot roleplay as a hitman. 21. No metagaming. Metagaming means using OOC for RP, or using things you see (that your character doesn't) in RP. 22. As a citizen, you don't need to be as lenient as police when it comes to having proof. (You can kill based on what your friends/org members tell you.) 23. The property line for the skyscraper is at the door. 24. No prop exploitation of any kind. 25. You cannot sell things (using cash registers) outside of your own property. 26. You cannot threaten the mayor to lower taxes if they are under 10% already. 27. You cannot threaten the mayor to change job related settings. (For example; increasing or reducing job slots.) 28. You cannot use parkour to enter somebody else's base. 29. Do not report rule breaking in OOC or IC chat. Use "/report" to contact an admin, and make sure you have names and/or proof. 30. You must type out your warnings, and they cannot be less then 5 seconds. (For example; "You have 5 seconds to leave my property.") 31. Your bases must be realistic, you cannot have floating props and things that defy the laws of physics. 32. Backstabbing is not considered to be RDM. You can kill players that you're basing with. (Warnings are not required.) 33. You cannot grow in unowned or public places. 34. While being chased/arrested, do not kill yourself purposely. 35. You do not need a reason to raid, this isn't serious RP. 36. You do not need to warn before raiding, this isn't serious RP. 37. You can't throw molotovs at props without a reason. 38. Carbombs and timed explosives can be placed randomly, but not excessively. 39. You cannot throw molotovs or drop timed explosives in spawn. 40. Do not abuse "/report". This is for reporting rule breaking, or problems. Not for asking admins for money. 41. You may grow drugs in the back of a truck, as long as it's not on a property. 42. No use of voice changers, this is considered to be micspam. 43. You can assassinate your arresting officer, as long as you warn him/her in a PM or advert. Hostage Situation Rules: 1. Do not kill hostages after being given the money you requested. 2. You can only hold a citizen hostage on owned property. The mayor can be taken hostage anywhere. 3. When holding a citizen hostage, the max price is $2k. The maximum for the mayor is $5k. Traffic Rules/Laws: 1. Pay attention to street lights. (Green means go, yellow means slow down and prepare to stop, red means stop.) 2. Drive on the right side of the road, not the left or in the middle. 3. If you pass through a red light, cops may pull you over and give you a ticket. 4. If you're passing the speed limit, cops may pull you over and give you a ticket. Bank Robbery Rules: 1. You can only rob the bank every 15 minutes. 2. All bank robbers must stay behind the counter. (Snipers are an exception.) 3. You can not place props to use as cover. 4. Citizens cannot help the police stop the bank robbers. (Giving medical supplies is an exception.) 5. Police cannot shoot anyone who is behind the counter. Only who is armed. (Holstered guns are an exception.) 6. If you have a warrant for you robbing the bank, don't complain about being arrested later on. 7. Only 2 people can rob the bank at once. Rules for Assassinating the Mayor: 1. You must have a valid reason to assassinate the mayor. (For example; taxes being to high.) 2. You must warn the mayor in an advert, and allow at least 2 paydays to pass before taking action. 3. You are not allowed to threaten the mayor over anything job-related. (For example; increasing jobs or demoting employees.) Job Specific Rules: 1. Do not abuse your job/weapons. 2. You cannot be a corrupt cop. 3. If you're called back to an area after dying there, you must still wait 4 minutes first. (NLR always applies.) 5. Do not use your gun, unless lives are in danger. (You can't shoot legs to stop criminals, unless they're putting lives at risk.) 6. You can not warrant for illegal plants being visible through walls, this is metagaming. 7. You must have proof before requesting/applying a warrant. You can't warrant for suspicion. 8. You may only use spikestrips to stop criminals in vehicles, or set up roadblocks/police checkpoints. 9. Disable your radio when you're not using it. Other officials don't need to hear irrelevant conversations. 10. Do not camp at the bank as a cop, patrol around the map. 11. As mayor, you cannot randomly warrant. Make sure you have a valid reason! 12. Secret service must protect the mayor, and stay with him at all times. 13. As a police officer, you cannot use spikestrips to get people on foot stuck. This is considered to be an exploit. 14. Tow truck drivers may not tow parked cars, or cars with people inside. 15. Using nightsticks to hit others into the air is considered job abuse. 16. You cannot give tickets without a reason. 17. You must warn citezens to drop/put away illegal weapons, and give them at least 5 seconds to do so. 18. The SWAT team deals with major crimes, not traffic violations and other minor crimes. 19. Police officers can not guard the mayor, unless it's necessary at the time. Basing & Cading Rules: 1. No crouch basing. 2. Cades/cover where less than 50% of your body is visible are considered to be hitbox abuse. 3. Cades/cover where a player is behind 4 (or more) props is considered to be hitbox abuse. 4. Cone cades must have a maximum of 4 traffic cones, and must be tested to make sure you can't get stuck in them. 5. You can block enterances off, as long as at least one is usable. 6. Try not to make mazes too long. 7. You cannot move props during a raid. 8. You cannot re-lock your doors until the raid is complete, or unless you unlocked it yourself to pass through. 9. When basing in the skyscraper, you can place props in the elevator, as long as you can't get stuck in it. 10. You can't use the roof of a building as part of your base. 11.
