I’ve worked with Ray McDougall at Frogbox, a nonprofit programming collective focused on game development and the creation, maintenance and improvement of the free filehosting service Will Host For Fnord. His work ethic as an employee is unrivalled, and he is an extremely valuable member of the team due to his positive attitude and professional ability. Specifically, he excels at creating music for our projects, perhaps most notably the soundtrack for the award-winning game Boxes!. Beyond his musical genius, Ray is a highly competent programmer, able to churn out large quantities of high-quality code in short periods of time as required by our standard development timetable, which calls for periodic intense bursts of activity.
