1. unequip your chest and hands, add +7.8% damage to normal monsters for your weapon
2. enter the instance and follow the map left until you see the crystal and barricades spawn
3. go to one crystal and lower it to 10%(do not kill it) and remember which one in case you run back to the wrong crystal
4. go to the crystal in the middle and kill the 4 mobs on it(they don't hurt, but they can knock you down accidentally)
5. after killing the mobs you'll see a "point" counter, jumping gives you 10 points, so jump to give yourself 10 points as you run back towards the 10% crystal
6. destroy the crystal then run back to the middle and let the BAMs kill you(DO NOT RELEASE OR RESURRECT) and type /reset and the instance will reset and teleport you out
7. you will end up at unified theory lab, go back to collegium arcanum and re-enter the instance(do not restore your stamina or hp as it wastes money and you need to die anyway)
