You'll notice people with many different coloured names, with different icons and "Groups" around the site - this is a quick guide to what all those groups mean:
Senior Leadership Team
|---|---|---|
| Assistants | The Senior Leadership keeps the site functioning by adding new features, helping out the staff and other users, and generally running the whole site; Assistant Senior Leaders aid them in their day-to-day duties. If you need any assistance and aren't sure where to direct it, it's these guys you'll want to talk to. | |
| Leaders | ||
Community Support Team
|---|---|---|
| Wardens | These staff aid in the assistance of the community. They'll be the ones monitoring the forums, blogs and chatbox, and providing assistance where requested, and moderation where required. If you have a question about one of these features or the community, direct your query towards these people. Community Wardens have a light green name to reflect their different job role. | |
| Supervisors | ||
Content Team
|---|---|---|
| Managers | As their name suggests, the Content Managers are in charge of adding and changing all the informative content on the site. They are regularly adding guides, items, and monsters to the databases, and correcting small details in them where appropriate. If you wish to submit or correct content, please do so by using the tools on the guides, item and monster databases, and these guys will approve it to be automatically added to the site. | |
Media Team
|---|---|---|
| DJs | These guys have a central duty: to DJ on the radio and keep the community entertained with music, chatshows, event commentary, and all sorts. They also help create other site media, such as wallpapers and small images about the place. Tune in whenever you want to listen to the Radio, and if a DJ is online, which they often are, then submit them a request via the form under the radio, and they'll see what they can do. | |

|---|---|---|---|
| Community | Ambassadors are community members who have been recognized by the Senior Leadership team for their excellent contributions to RuneZone. They also have the additional abilities to help support the Community and Media staff by having the ability to issue medals and ranks in the friends chat. | ||
