Dear Outlook, On the 20th of march 2013 my Hotmail account miraculously changed into an Outlook account. This was a very wonderful experience because I was able to try all the fantastic new features Outlook had to offer since then. So far, I tried using the search function, loading my mail and I tried to download a feedback form. I have also talked to my friends about it and they also loved the change. they could not get enough of it and kept talking for hours about the development from Hotmail to Outlook. I will now tell you about my experience with Outlook. The first thing I did was going to hotmail.com. It was so super-fast that I almost had an heart attack. The loading took approximately 1.5 minutes while Hotmail normally took 2 seconds. I wonder how you made this loading process so quick. I am a web developer myself and I wonder what your secret is in getting the loading speed so fast! After I logged in I saw the marvellous layout which looked almost like minecraft, because of all those straight and squared lines and boxes. The only difference is that Outlook has only 1 colour blue this must be a way to save money, because it is crisis and painting a website with a lot of different colours cost money. That is very clever! After being amazed about the layout I tested a few more features. The first feature I tried was the search function. I typed in the name of a person to get a complete list of mails that I received from this person. when I clicked the search button the system detected my account and knew it was awesome so the search function went crazy like fast. So fast it forgot what to search for! the second feature I tested was downloading a feedback form, I wanted to download the feedback form so I could compliment Outlook on the best search tool I have ever used. However Outlook already knew I would love Outlook and decide that I was not allowed to download the feedback form so I would save time! Thank you very much! One of my friends sent some photos to her account and received half of them because of your build in photo sorting machine which knows what photo’s you need and which ones are not needed so it does not sent those. Again a handy function to save the user time! Another friend of mine follows a person on twitch.tv and normally gets an email informing him when the person he follows is playing since Hotmail has been changed into Outlook he does not receive those e-mails any more. This must be because Outlook sends out electronic pulses to notify people when there hero is playing banjo kazooie. However this function does not really function as it should. because my friend is missing a lot of games his hero is playing. He cannot stand it any longer and I pity him. I hope you can fix this bug soon. Keep up the bad work! Yours sincerely, an Outlook user
