Maybe consider sending Ryze solo bot (ideally someone that can solo better) and donating Blue to that laner (requires a jungler that doesn't mind giving up their first blue)

Try running this comp (purple side, heavy push, roam):
ADC (mid): Caitlyn, Varus (strongest early game ADC for pushing)
Support: Lulu, Zyra (anyone that has some supportive qualities and can push well early on)
Jungle: Lee Sin (probably the strongest for this comp, manaless, strong early game)
Top: Shen (any strong split-pusher that can handle their match-up works well here, also ideally someone that can escape easily)
Bot: Cho'Gath (Making use of blue buff, someone that can wave clear safely, goal for this person is to just keep the tower up as long as possible) 

This team setup tries to take early turrets to snowball a lead early and try to end the game quickly..
Ideally, you set this team up against a mid laner who has poor safe wave clear (Kennen, Kassadin to name a few)
