Hello, I am starting a large server (Medeval RP/PVE), that will be the base of a large gaming community. I already have a large dedicated server ready to be filled with more players, games, and the like, but I want to start of with one great minecraft server. 

But i know its impossible to make a truely awesome and unique server without a great team, nor can i build, admin, and manage everything in this new and exciting community myself. So i would like to recruit a core team of administrators, builders, devs, artists, and the like so we'll be set for success from the getgo. 

If you want to get onboard a community as it launches, and grows into somthing massive then this is for you. 

If your impatient, immature, not a team player, or expect something for nothing then this is not for you.

I will be providing funding, and the systems administrations skills needed for the dedicated server + future machines, DDOS protection and the like, aswell as admining and helping building.
