One thing about this scene in particular stands out: the absence of blood... out of the eight of us (Cubone, Sunkern, Liepard, Zoroark, Charizard, Arcanine, Ditto, and Delibird), no one really seems like they would be able to drain a body entirely of its blood... 

Anywho, on to clues that make sense..
The large bite marks. The obvious four suspects are as follows: Myself, Charizard, Ditto, Zoroark.
Each of us has/can have a large mouth, with large canines, and can eject fire from said mouth. However, I don't believe fire has much of anything to do with this considering Smeargle's fur was not singed at the marks. It's a bit strange that the area where the large bite mark is located is warmer than everywhere else on the victims body.. Dead bodies (specially if it is drained of blood) tend to be cold and heat wouldn't linger.. Oh well.
Furthermore, the body was thrown, most most definitely by the biter with the larger mouth and teeth, considering that the marks are deeper. Again, the same four suspects can apply here, as each could produce enough strength to throw the body.

Next up, the smaller bite marks..
Liepard and Ditto are most likely here... maybe even Zoroark, but he better suits the larger set of marks. Zoroark's illusions may change his appearance, but not his physicality.

Now for the footprints... they are very messy and don't tell too much. One guess is that the trail ends because one of the werepokes could fly. If that's the case, that leaves Charizard, Delibird, and Ditto.

Can't really get much else out of this.
