                <li>
                    Respect
                    <p>Please show you respect our players and staff. We don't like players who are acting like selfish little girls. Insulting teammates or other players for any reason will also not be tolerated. No matter how poorly a player is performing. Inform an admin of any players not working with his/her team.</p>
                </li>
                <li>
				    Racism
					<p>Racism will result in an immediate permanent ban of the offending user, no exceptions.</p>
			    </li>

                <li>
				    Griefing
					<p>Griefing is the act of using or abusing a game mechanic in ways originally unintended by the game’s developers for the specific purpose of angering or otherwise negatively impacting the game experience of another player.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Trolling
					<p>Trolling is an attempt to anger and provoke a specific player on the server, and will result in a ban.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Flaming
					<p>Flaming includes, but is not limited to: Ridiculing, insulting, or demeaning another member or group of members.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Advertising
					<p>Meaning, do not spread links to other sites, groups and servers in our community.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Micspam and sprays
					<p>This includes furry, hentai, or porn sprays and playing music through the microphone. Inappropriate micspam or sprays will result in an immediate mute/ban.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Hacks & scripting
					<p>Using any exploited programming/software will be an immediate ban.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Vehicles
					<p>Drive sensible in your vehicles. Their is no reason to drive like a prat. Stick to the correct side of the road and avoid running people over. Your car will be removed for bad driving.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Language
					<p>Please speak English on our server. We have a lot of nationalities in our server. Please use English to make everyone able to communicate with each other.</p>
				</li>
			<h4>DarkRP Rules</h4>
			<ul class="ruleList">
                <li>
				    Props
					<p>Using your physgun to prop kill, prop push or to do non-roleplay activities is not allowed. You can make ladders and walkways to parts of the map that are already accessible by players. Props may never be used to gain access into someone home you do not have permission to enter. Prop blocking a passage, passageway, or player, is not allowed. However, you may use a fading door (via the fading door tool) to block an entry. You MUST use a keypad/button on both sides of the prop to allow entry to the fading door.</p>
				</li>	

                <li>
				    Random Deathmatch (RDM)
					<p>Killing is allowed, but you must have a legitimate reason. You cannot kill someone just because you want to. Killing is NEVER permitted at spawn!</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    New Life Rule (NLR)
					<p>NLR is always in effect. New life rule lasts 5 minutes. Use the Steam Overlay “shift+tab” to get your clock in-game to verify time.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Raiding
					<p>Raiding is only allowed once per 10 minutes. Even if the raid is unsuccessful, it still counts as a raid and you cannot raid again for another 20 minutes. This counts to every property on the map. You have to wait one hour to raid the same place again.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Kill on Sight (KOS)
					<p>You are only allowed to kill players in your base. If they are outside your door, you are not allowed to kill them, unless if they try to break in your house/base. It's not allowed to own some extra space at the entrance just to kill everyone who passes it.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Demotion
					<p>Demoting players just because you want their job is not allowed. You must have a valid reason to demote someone.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
				    Wiremod
					<p>Wiremod is a very advanced mod. Making things like:igniters or killing machines is not allowed. You are only allowed to use Wiremod to make yourself a better roleplayer.</p>
				</li>
                <li>
                    Basing
                    <p>While making a base, please follow these rules...</p>
                    <ul>
                        <li>Do not stack fading doors so that they are impossible to lock-pick/keypad.</li>
                        <li>Make your keypads open time for a minimum of 5 seconds.</li>
						<li>No abusing player's hit-boxes for example: Putting a 'shooting window' with two angled props so you can shoot them, but they cant shoot you. Or making a hole so you can shoot there feet but they cant shoot you.</li>
						<li>Each fading door must have at least one keypad.</li>
						<li>Maximum of 4 doors to enter a base.</li>
						<li>Do not kill a player in front of your property (Unless they are lock-picking/keypad cracking).</li>
						<li>Kill on sight is not allowed. Do not make lines, pointing out that going past the line is KOS.</li>
						<li>You may use props to block all entrances but than one. (Except windows, preferably the main entrance.)</li>
						<li>If Ninja (Donator) make your base in reach for other users. Do not build bases on roofs, where you can only get to via the Spiderman gun</li>
                    </ul>
                </li>
