This will be done via. other goods / military grade rounds Create an Ultra-realistic game like no other ------------------------ Various Features -------------------- Lobby - 80% Done When you join in ( Maybe also when you sleep, not 100% sure on that ) you are in the lobby. Here you can see all your gear, avatar, stats, etc. You may also trade military grade bullets for other equipment, they act as currency. More on this later This is the only place you can global chat! once you're in game, it's all local. HUD - CODED Removed Idea for normal / hardcore mode, the game is ment to be played by the previous hardcore mode design. There will be no HUD, rather, the character will talk and play sounds to indicate various status's to the player. ADDED text to chatbox of what is said by character for those without sound and for quality of life. Magazines - CODED You must have magazines to fire your gun! Say you have 2 mags, and you have 25 rounds in a small ammo box, you must have the 2 mags loaded, if you don't, you must spend some time loading the magazines. CHANGED, for quality of life, tapping "R" will drop the magazine for a faster reload, Holding "R" will save the magazine in your backpack. The magazines will automatically restore bullets into the magazine assuming you have them after combat is over. Food - CODED You need to eat now! there will be various animals outside that you can kill to cook them. You may also find food in various buildings Hydration - CODED You may find water bottles, soda, etc. to restore hydration. Inventory - CODED Everything in your backpack is displayed here. I MIGHT put the amount of weight you can hold and the weight you are currently holding, not sure yet. NPC's - 70% Done(PROTOTYPED) Mostly animals, however, there will be bandits occasionally that will be armed with rifles and melee weapons, also sometimes food, ammunition, armor, etc. Premium Stash Tabs - CODED You may save items in your stash if your a donator, however, if you die you still loose all the items on your body. You do keep your level though. Humanity RDM is not against the rules, but if you do kill neautral or good people, you start to get negitive humanity, after a certain point, you will change skins and players should target you --> Shoot to kill, since you're hostile, those players will get + humanity for killing you. --Scrapping this idea, not gonna work. Animals - CODED Some are non aggressive, a few will be aggressive if they see you, however. Tempeture - CODED Day/Night Cycle :D, night it gets colder, day is hotter, and your stamina drops faster. You may create campfires to create heat, or if you're wearing some warm clothes / armor, then you're fine. Else you do run the chance of getting sick. Movable Attachements - CODED Able to move attachments anywhere on the railmounts Medical Supplies - CODED Bleeding ( If you ever get hit with a bullet, or a slashing weapon, or bitten, you will start bleeding, to recover, use the following PS. you are able to clot blood depending on what you're hit by.) Bandages Campfire ( Cauterize your wound ) Yarrow ( A plant that stops bleeding, and also helps with killing germs ) Sickness ( Happens if you get an infection from a wound you bandaged or cauterized, or being in cold tempetures ) Antibiotics ( Cures sickness very fast, rare though ) Vitamins ( Helps cure sickness at a moderate rate, must take muiltiple though ) Broken Bones ( Happens from getting hit by blunt weapons, or taking long falls, this does heal over time! ) Morphine ( Ignores pain and allows you to run / walk or w/e. however, bones heal at a slower rate! ) Cast ( Allows for quick healing of bones) Sling ( Works for arms, quick healing of bones ) Realistic Body(Anatomy) - CODED Unity has a nice engine for this, all muscles are mapped out for both male and female dependent on weight variables, this also includes the pints of blood the body has. Realistic Bullistics - CODED All bullets are entities, some variables(everything is listed in HDD, refer to that) Barrel Length Grain of bullet Caliber wind tempeture When has the gun been cleaned? On Impact - Factors Type of bullet? HP+, FMJ, etc. Armor? Spread is determined on impact on what the bullet effects and directly hits, this is all calculated server side. Blood System - CODED No health system, rather, you loose blood from getting shot, cut, etc. You do not loose a massive amount of blood from the start! rather, you will start to bleed out. muiltiple shots muiltiply this effect, same with slashes, bites, etc. so no health bars, rather, this should be done with post processing effects, such a blurred vision at the start after enough blood loss, then brighter lights as you start to pass out You do gain blood over time when you're playing. Depending on the armor, you will be able to take a certain caliber # of bullets to the body parts it's covering, however, there will be a set interger of how many shots it can take before it has to be repaired. Once the armor is penetrated, the bullets will act as if there is no body armor there. If the player gets shot in vital areas (The head/chest) the player HAS a chance to go into shock and even die. just randomize this where they get hit. FreeAim - CODED Crosshair is not static, instead, there is a 25 degree limit in which your cursor can move in, this creates a much more realistic enviroment, this goes along with headbob, etc. Randomly Generated Maps TO DESIGN Factions TO DESIGN Interactive Melee - TO DO / DESIGN Everything that has to do with melee will be interactive almost like a custom. Now for a few ideas. 1.)Camera pans out and almost acts like a mini game, with movements of the mouse / keys do different actions, depending on the actions you visually see by the player, you have to counter that and also attack with it. 2.)
