[20:19] It's not so much policy as that I like MCAU and I've put a fair amount of effort on building things for the server, doing modreqs and answering as many questions as I can in general chat all in the goal of making the server a fun place to play but then I see staff doing things that actively turns players away. During Ninjas deal maker stuff players were asking for it to be ended, ever the banee was and someone unrelated to the event left the server for good after calling staff 12 year old. Claims of Drama have gone up too usually with Rami fanning the flames by not making use of kick or mute and instead jumping in and argueing along side who ever her favoured player of the day is. She has a large bias for he little group and god help you if you get on the wrong side of them. I've seen players, again say they're leaving the server forever during these. In the first days of launch when I was unable to even leave spawn I was answering so many questions there was kirby doing massive world edits, lagging the server to hell and instead of saying "Hey, sorry guys I'll do this later" Ninja and him sat there spitting the word Lag back at them and acting like complete brats. Again, folks quitting and not coming back. [20:19] Yeah, I get that.
