I'd like to start organizing alliance imports for contracts, so that we can ensure that there are ships available to fit every need for the alliance, and not just the most profitable ones for importers. Recently, there have been shortages of support ships and skirmish fits, and a glut of Dominixes. Ideally, we want to have ships of all types available on contract at any time, so people who don't have ships, or were recently relieved of their ships can buy new ones on the spot!

Please post in this thread if you'd like to participate in organized imports. It will involve you setting aside however much money you'd like to spend on imports, and receiving a quota of ships to import based on the overall needs of the alliance (from leadership requests). This will ensure that everyone in the alliance can get the ships they need, and everyone who imports can make money whilst providing ships across all doctrines.

Once enough people post with how much isk they want to commit to importing, I'll assign lots to each person.
