The colour scheme will be (matt)black with silver and the background will have to be transparent; the logo will be placed on what will be a dark background.
The picture will visualize a bull(-like) skeleton (at least a head; other bodyparts can be used to your liking) and must show brute strength, but also an element of wisdom.
The company targets programmers and other computer-enthusiasts.

Of course, the amount of detail varies depending on the categorized size (see below). The large logo will be placed in the top-left of my company's website.

This logo will have to come in 3 sizes: Large, Medium, Small.
Large: Focus on detail
Medium: Focus on the logo as a whole
Icon: Focus on shape

Other parts of the website will also need graphics, which include frames, buttons, icons and other graphics typically found on a website.
You are not permitted to re-use any graphics found and/or created by anyone else and you may only use third party resources if explicit permission has been granted for commercial use. I require you to provide me with all resources (except software licenses for the software) that you use for this project.

As creator of the graphics you will be the copyright holder, but you will have to sign a contract to give me and solely me all required rights to use your graphics for past, current and future products and/or projects initiated or developed by my company. You will be able to showcase your graphics on your personal website (if applicable), but this will be regulated by the contract. You can expect to be required to provide a link to my company's website.
