diggi: thats what i am asking :) what for should i come back? I totally lost trust in certain ppl, you just cant imagine how disapoited i am, i almost left STO at all
Ktanaqui: Well, I can't offer much in the way of anything right now because I'm half dead from lack of sleep. (I haven't slept since the night of the 6th)

diggi: TKO was my first fleet and it became to my worst experence in this game since i am playing it... it will make no sence for me coming back

diggi: well they had the chance to show me that my opinion is a little important to them, but i guess the keeping the leadership in a fleet is more important... :) i am not judging anyone, everyone has his own playstyle

Ktanaqui: Well, I know what Michele is aiming to do is stabilize the fleet because there was an internal breakdown in the leadership.
Ktanaqui: And that's where the Io demotion come in. There were rumors of some form of mutiny against Greg, too.
diggi: Io's demotion is the what killed me

diggi: because Io is the player who contributed more to the fleet than we all together
Ktanaqui: Io was abusing the leadership powers behind closed door

Ktanaqui: Stuff would be agreed upon and then he would go against it directly after everyone else had agreed.
Ktanaqui: I can't tell you everything because neither of us are supposed to know - but that I can tell you.
diggi: if Io was that bad, then Greg should have kicked him off the fleet at all
Ktanaqui: He's a contributor and did do good things for the fleet. That's why he's being given the chance to defend himself.
Ktanaqui: He has the CD to do that.
Ktanaqui: Should he fail to... the CD will end and he'll be auto-demoted. Should he choose to defend himself (and do so validly), then it'll be canceled and his full powers reinstated.
diggi: if Io has abused his leader position, then he shuold have been kicked from the fleet, this is how it works. And if he is really so bad, then Anishal should give up his leadership, because he made someone to the fleet leader wthout knowing him good enough. Then Anishal failed as a fleet leader

Ktanaqui: Alex and I made Io a fleet leader when we left TKO originally.
Ktanaqui: Greg left it as was because Io was a lot nicer than and helpful. Much more recently, however, Io has been trying to comandeer things in Greg's absence... amongst other things. We don't want to kick him from the fleet altogether because at one point, he did help. If it comes down to it, sure. But... we'd rather not. And regardless, we'd still have to demote him first because I'm pretty sure you can't kick a fleet leader
diggi: but instead if it, he is putting himself upon everyone, and without talking to Io is doing such unfair thing, this countdown is kind of blackmailing... "Ehter you do what i want, or you will be demnoted"
Ktanaqui: Well, we can't control the countdown.
Ktanaqui: The idea was to lock his perms until his review is complete.
diggi: Greg can

Ktanaqui: It's the only way to lock Io's perms until review is complete.
diggi: then he made another wrong decision

Ktanaqui: What was supposed to be the rest of the leadership and the Council.
Ktanaqui: But, everybody jumped the gun and wouldn't listen leaving only 4 people - Greg, Michele, Alex, and Andrew.
diggi: Council left, only two of them are there
Ktanaqui: And right now, all four are against Io.
diggi: ok, so why this rediculous countdown?
Ktanaqui: To lock his perms. It's the only way to lock perms.

Ktanaqui: It wasn't something we counted on having to deal with; part of the new STO Fleet Protocol.
diggi: i ask you again, why do you want to lock his perms?
