From talking to different employees from different departments, it meant that I was easily led to what the problem was, and that was that they either didn’t have enough work to do, and were bored a lot of the time, or if they were overloaded with work a lot, and needed more support, and this gave the opportunity to fix the problem by mixing the workloads between everyone, and not lots of work on one job, and very little on the other. By asking each employee separately, and looking at their job role from documents given to me by the Donna Louise Trust, it allowed me to get an accurate image of whether the employee was telling the truth about their information, which allowed me to get the most accurate representation of information that I could then use.
