Instructions :

Step 1) Download Firefox if you don't already have it.
Step 2) Download iMacros version 8.3.0. Please do not download the latest version as it seems to be buggy with the latest firefox update. Thanks to Barinista for the suggestion.
Step 3) Extract the iMacros (.iim) files into your iMacros directory which is usually C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\iMacros\Macros
Step 4) Start up firefox (I assume you have already installed the iMacros add-on).
Step 5) Select the desired iMacros you wish to run. Log in to the appropriate sites and AddMeFast.
Step 6) Set the loop to 9999
Step 7) Hit play loop.
Step 8) Sit back and watch your points grow.

Yes I know, the date shows December 28, 2013. Like I said, I updated them earlier but was planning to release them today. No harm done. Instructions have been included in the download. Feel free to post your experiences. If you have any requests, post them as well.
