12:08 AM - Kitsu: ah, the game design and most of the graphics (and the not-present music) were made by a friend; I'm mostly just the programmer (and design-filler-upper, since he left a number of things undefined lol) for this one
12:09 AM - Kitsu: I think he chose the gb look because it was quick and easy (and also I think he really likes the gameboy)
12:11 AM - An Attorney: The paint platforms need to be made useful, they don't seem to serve much purpose, especially when you can climb high walls.

12:11 AM - Kitsu: like, it's probably best used to jump over enemies, but since it uses the same amount of paint to just get 'em, feels pointless lol

12:13 AM - An Attorney: Having to manage something like that in a game like what he's going for here doesn't feel like it mixes well.
