Hey guys, I'm just going to keep this one simple for now! So you may or may not have noticed that the Epoch Panthera server has been experiencing some downtime today and you may have logged on and thought "We'll what the hell happened to my vehicles and all my gear?". Unfortunately we were targeted by hackers/scripters yesterday and they dealt some damage on the server for a couple of minutes before they were swiftly caught and dealt with, It took us some time to deal with the situation but it was resolved! Today we also had the misfortune with being targeted by these hackers/scripters again but this time they took a bit more of an aggressive attack with a scripted nuke which forced myself into temporarily locking and shutting down the server whilst we were dealing with the situation, luckily for everyone and us admins we learned from ou previous mistakes and started doing hourly backups of all of the Epoch servers we currently have running so this allowed us to rollback the server to 6PM which turns out to be just before the time we were targeted for the third time. Hopefully everything should be back to normal and the chaos on the Panthera Server should now be resolved and working the way it needs to be, if anyone does experience any problems the please contact a Server Admin via the Forums or Teamspeak.
