Okay, let's start with my knowledge of being a staff member of a Community of any kind, first of all I know that I should be respectful to everyone and that the owner/admins basically the higher ranks have the last say compared to me. Secondly there are usually hierarchies, such as all players have to listen to staff, then basically the owners/admins get the final say over the mods decision.

My history with this community start about 2 weeks ago, My friends said "Hey, You should play Island Life, there's a server that we play on called Real Life RPG.", so I tried to join and then kept on getting kicked when I attempted to load in with a message saying, Battleye client has stopped responding, then I managed to fix it, so I starting playing island life, picking things up here and there. Then I met derp on Teamspeak, then offered to pay for an australian Island Life server but then that later went out the window after he and I found out the prices that it would cost to run a server. I also met Anorth and Azza and played a lot with them and then today, anorth brang me into a recieving support channel to see how I would handle my self. And then he recommended me to make an application and now I'm here making this application.
