Me:I tried it once and it was just no practical, I didn't enjoy how expensive it was. And I defiantly cancelled it. But I still have my credits, yet earlier on I had no credit and it was cancelled?

Would you like to place your membership on a three month hiatus? You will not be charged for these three months, and you will still be able to access your membership credits, free subscription to the “Wall Street Journal” or “New York Times”, as well as the “Great Listen Guarantee”.
Me:Well the whole reason I cancelled was because it was not practical and looking through my bank statement I see I have been billed for over 4 months.
I don't use Audible and I have a high regards for the Amazon reputation of support I hope you understand that I just want my money back that I cancelled all them months ago.

Me:And once this is all sorted I will recommend my friend to try audible if I could give them like a coupon code or something. Because it was a nice service, it just didn't suit me.
