10:09 PM - Jamie: Punz0r, the server's population has decreased 9 percentiles in only a week and a half. The server's experienced lag for about 2-3 weeks now. The issue is pending resolve, see here: http://puu.sh/7idyb.png but we're talking about whether the decrease in population is due to latency or other factors. If so, are the factors due to what the server has/doesn't have/has broken with, or is factors outside of our control

10:13 PM - Jamie: It doesn't highlight full/empty servers, and organizes the ranking based on ping, player count to max player ratio
