CT's are poor because their afraid to go past the norm of what a normal round has become.
CT's can't really do much because of how easy it is to rebel most of the maps on the Jailbreak are T-sided which makes it harder for them
Currently its way to hard for CT's to do a good job.
Don't forget BHOP + Jetpack (Granted its needed for the $$$$$) should be removed its wayy wayy too easy for T's.
With it being too easy for T's, the CT's have to keep using the boring normal / bad way of being a CT which is:
AFK Freeze in Cells -> Go to Line AFK Freeze -> Do a map game til theres two left  / Last Reaction First reaction or any mainstream game they don't know -> 2 T's left -
> LR -> Round Finish
 
CT's need to think of better games, whilst keeping T's involved e.g:
Bullying Game (Best T to insult another T wins a prize)
Heads Shoulders Knees and Toes (Jump, Spin, Crouch, Crouch Spin)
Fetch the Brick within a time limit (Throw a toy gun into the pool for a T to fetch)
Talent Show days (I know its sometimes done but so RARELY)
Animal Sound (Make the best impression of an animal, granted doesn't always work not all T's have mics)
Guess the Song (CT sings a few lyrics of a Song for the T's to figure out the song)
Stop Hammer Time (T's have to dance when "Stop Hammer Time" is said and the last person to Dance *bang bang* dead)
Race (CT V T first to finish a race / deathrun / jumping puzzle / or to a set place)
 
I fully disagree with the DM to be a CT and giving DM's power, the current mods are incredibly poor and theres enough people with power to sort out problems its just they are incredibly bad and not fully tutored on how to use their powers. Example Foxiewut
 
I say "Fucking open the cells faggot" because he was taking far too long

(In the end of that round since it took so long the T's rebelled and killed all the CT's 10 seconds after they opened cells)
 
Of course I know the rules because of the sheer amount of time I spent on my own Jailbreak,but that can happen to other T's who are not as informed as I.
Then there's CT's being racist as fuck but nothing happens, but if a T does it Gag / Mute.
 
As for an age limit its stupid because no offense its the majority of the player base and they LEARN from MISTAKES, so give the younger ones maybe two weeks and
they would be good CT's.
 
Not liking people because of the pitch of their voice is pure hypocrisy EVERYONE used to sound like SOMETHING like that and had a HIGH VOICE because everyone was a child once.

CT's are way too trigger happy mainly because they don't know what to do.
If a new person joins JB, like completely new to JB, they'd get lost in the sheer amount of unnecessary plugins.
