Raid [4302] Sent at: March 8, 2012, 11:10:58 pm Not every club is like that. Before joining a club, i wasn't active in the game at all, i used to check the game maybe once a day but then i joined INDEED and now i talk to them on skype everyday and it's so much fun =) And you can get to know people all around the world =) Raid [4302] Received at: March 9, 2012, 10:52:24 pm I see, so there are clubs for people to simply hang out, too. That sounds fun, getting to know people from many places... Thank you, Usami-san, I might look around and see to joining a club, sometime. =) Umm... Might I interest you in some Chalk, as some form of thank you...? (I need to get better items soon. >_>) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 11:21:02 am Well, chalk doesn't sound bad but how about a naginata from me for all your sharpening stone, rubber band, metal rulers? Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 5:52:45 pm Hmm... I only have 7 rubber bands, 3 sharpening stones and 1 metal ruler, though. I'm afraid being just 12-days old has its disadvantages... But are you sure about your offer, Usami-san? Doesn't sound like a fair trade for your side, unless I multiply my item amounts a few times. =O Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 5:56:01 pm I'd give the naginata even for free (^_^) I want to help you grow stronger since you are new here, but i use those items to craft naginatas and i dont have much left of them that's why i want yours I'm gonna start crafting your naginata then, it would take about 30 mins (^_^) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 6:07:14 pm Do you have an armor? If you dont, i'll make a cardboard armor for you Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 6:13:44 pm I see, that is truly very kind of you. I would send you flowers to show my appreciation, but I wouldn't want to upset Yertzi. =) ...Now to find out what to do with a Naginata! I wouldn't get rid of it by any means, but I don't know what good I'll be with it, low stats and all. >_> I guess this is a good time to go to the dojo. Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 6:14:41 pm Oh, and I have a scarf! It's pretty cool as far as armors go, but I don't know if it is comparable to a cardboard armor. Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 6:23:56 pm Scarf gives +28 defence, cardboard armor gives +55. I'm making a cardboard armor too. Naginata will be ready in 5 minutes (^_^) You can also get a part time job at Fujita Corporation, if you want to be a fighter, working there will add your Strength daily (^_^) Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 6:31:13 pm Ooohh, 55 defense sounds nice. That would be helpful to avoid being hospitalized by level 4 people. Much appreciated, Usami-san! =) ...Too bad it would be really wrong to leave my current part time job. I can't be a programmer in real life and NOT be a programmer in the game! T_T Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 6:38:12 pm Oh so you are also working at Arisu Soft, im working there too (^_^)b Then you should go to the dojo, let me know if you need money, i'd be happy to help (^_^) Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 6:45:56 pm I've already applied for the Intermediate 3-Jutsu in the dojo, that should give me a decent edge to avoid being stabbed by everyone. Naginata received and feeling awesome, too, thanks again! =D ...Although sorry, I cannot accept your offer. As a gentleman, I cannot impose financially on a lady, much less my benefactor AND a work colleague! >_ Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 6:51:23 pm such a nice young man, you'll make a good boyfriend for someone one day (^_^)b, by the way, your armor will be ready in 18 minutes (^_^) Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 7:04:33 pm I don't know... Nice people don't go a long way, usually. >_> But yay for armor! I will try to make it up for you in some way one day, merely accepting kindness doesn't quite sit right with me... So... How is life treating you? =) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 7:09:50 pm it's going quite well except for the fact that i stay up late to play games then cant wake up and miss my classes (T_T) How about you? Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 7:17:16 pm Haha! I had that problem too, Usami-san. I have always had trouble waking up early, so I don't bother playing games late anymore. ...Unfortunately, it's pretty boring like that. orz My backlog is piling up... Playing games should count towards my career! It's a form of training! ...Other than that, it's all good. =) SG is also a good way to pass time. Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 7:30:23 pm At least you have your career as an excuse to play games, i'm studying physics so i don't have any excuses (T_T) Since i started SG i tend to stay up more often, my friends from my ex club keep coming with game suggestions and we end up playing, we already immigrated into 4 different games in the last month our new favorite is Star Trek Online Raid [4302] Received at: March 10, 2012, 8:00:05 pm "Studying game physics" sounds like a passable excuse, though. =) Ah, Star Trek Online! Probably one of the most loved/hated games around, along with Star Wars: The Old Republic. You should be glad you have friends who push suggestions onto you, one of the worst things in life is having free time and not knowing what to do with it. ^_^ Raid [4302] Sent at: March 10, 2012, 8:13:27 pm I should be grateful to SG for those friends (^_^) I had so much free time before SG, i used to spend all my time in the club room in campus. I like STO in general but i'm not sure i like it because the game is good or because i'm a hardcore star trek fan, the ship controls are a little bit clunky but other than that, i'm quite happy with the game (^_^) Raid [4302] Received at: March 23, 2012, 9:48:52 pm Ah, Usami-san, long time no see! I hadn't realized you had joined the club, and much less that you're now our vice-president! ...Sorry about that. >_> But I'm glad to have you as a sister, or better yet, chief. =) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 23, 2012, 9:56:45 pm Hi Raid-kun (^_^) I see you have grown stronger. I'm so proud Raid [4302] Sent at: March 23, 2012, 10:06:36 pm looks like SG didnt send my full message (>, Raid [4302] Received at: March 23, 2012, 10:17:54 pm (I think it's because SG cuts off anything after the reversed '>' character.) In any case, yes I did, Usami-san. It's all thanks to you, too! One of these days a random guy was trying to attack me, but the Cardboard Armor saved me. =) If you ever have any problems, please don't hesitate to come to me! ...So, how has life been treating you, Chief? Raid [4302] Sent at: March 23, 2012, 10:24:02 pm Oh, then i can't use my left side hugs in messages, i'll just use this one (>^_^)> Life is hard, really hard, i have a chemistry midterm in 6 hours and i haven't slept yet, it's 04:21am here (T_T) i hate exams and i hate chemistry exams more *depressed* What about Raid-kun? Raid [4302] Received at: March 23, 2012, 10:48:16 pm Ouch, Chemistry. Organic or inorganic? If it's inorganic, maybe I could help... O__O But that's really late! You should get some rest before the exam! As long as you calm down and drink some chocolate milk before sleeping, you'll do just fine. That's my ritual before the difficult tests, and it has worked wonders. =) Also, no complaints on my side! ...Except for this work report that's due in... Negative 8 hours. Raid [4302] Received at: March 26, 2012, 8:15:47 pm Greetings, Usami-san. =) Sorry if I'm bothering you. I just wanted to know how did you do on your Chemistry midterm. Was it as hard as you expected? You sounded really stressed out the other day, so I've been wondering if you're feeling better now. Raid [4302] Sent at: March 27, 2012, 11:27:52 am It was ok i guess. Well it wasn't my best midterm but i think i did ok and i still have one midterm and a final for chemistry so i think i can raise my grade (^_^) Thank you for asking, now 2 more midterms to go and i'll be relaxed for a few weeks till the 2nd midterms =) Raid [4302] Received at: March 27, 2012, 11:35:08 am Oh, I see. I'm glad it wasn't too bad, after all. And yes, that's the spirit! No use thinking about the midterm that's already done, you should always look forward and think ahead. A few weeks of peace after hard work are always great~ So, which midterms are still left? I don't know how much I can help, but if I can help you study in any way, I would like that. =) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 27, 2012, 12:12:55 pm Next one is physics and this saturday, the last one is maths and it's on 7th april. physics is ok since it's my area but maths... T_T Raid [4302] Received at: March 27, 2012, 12:23:44 pm Oh, your area is physics? That's nice, I was never able to become very good in it because of my evil teachers. But it's a fun subject. =) Ahh, please don't cry, Usami-san...! Math can be boring sometimes, but it's still one of my favorite subjects. There's a good time until the 7th, I can try to help you study. Just tell me what might be on the test and I'll figure something out. Raid [4302] Sent at: March 28, 2012, 10:11:20 am Limits,Differentiation,Logarithm will be on the first midterm of math, i can do differentiation and logarith but i always screw up limits T_T and deriving trigonometric functions T_T i need to study a lot Raid [4302] Received at: March 29, 2012, 1:27:19 am Ah, I see, then. Curses, my worst enemy in Math is limits, even derivatives and integrals don't confuse me as much! *shakes fist* I'm sure you'll be ready for the midterm, since you're very dedicated, but you can never be too prepared. Well... I realize I can't do much for you, Usami-san, since I'm probably quite far from you around the globe, but... Hmmm... Do you have enough exercises to study limits? I can propose a few exercise lists: http://people.whitman.edu/~hundledr/courses/M125old/qs_lim_ques.pdf http://www.khanacademy.org/exercise/limits_1 http://www2.imperial.ac.uk/metric/metric_public/limits/exercises/limits_ex1.html http://math.bard.edu/belk/math141/LimitsExercises.pdf I also suggest using Wolfram Alpha to check your answers. Just type in the formula you wish to solve, like "limit of 1/x to infinity", and it will give you the answer, and even show you the steps to get to the answer. It helped me get a good grasp in integrals, haha. =) http://www.wolframalpha.com/ I hope this helps you, at least a little. Raid [4302] Sent at: March 30, 2012, 4:24:26 pm Thank you so much for the links, there are gonna be a great help, and sorry for the late reply, i've been busy these days. I have my physics midterm tomorrow morning, wish me luck ^^ Raid [4302] Received at: March 31, 2012, 4:19:53 pm Ah, Usami-san, glad to find you online at this time! I've been dying to ask you, how was the test today? =) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 31, 2012, 4:42:49 pm Not really good T_T i forgot some of the formulas, i don't think i'll get a good grade but there is 2 more exams and a lot of homeworks/labs so i think i can raise my grade. But i'm kinda depressed about the exam today T_T Raid [4302] Received at: March 31, 2012, 4:57:46 pm I'm really sorry to hear that, Usami-san. I've personally always thought that physics and math exams should have the formulas printed on them, as memorizing isn't a scientist's job. I usually do badly when my teachers disagree with me and don't print them, too. I'm sure you'll do better in the next exams, and homework/labs should be simple for you. But don't give up. =) Have you been busy mostly in real life or in-game? Because if it's in-game, then you could have someone help you with that. Any of your friends would be glad to be able to help you, me included. You could work one of us brothers harder to help with clan duties, too. =) Sigh... But I wish I could do something to help cheer you up... Raid [4302] Sent at: March 31, 2012, 5:10:10 pm i've been busy in real life, 3 midterms and 3 homeworks and 1 lab T_T unfortunately, i don't think i can get someone to help me with club duties because the president is really busy and i can't promote anyone but it's not that tiring and i enjoy dealing with club duties (^_^) I completely agree with you about the formulas. We used to have a formula book in highschool for math, chemistry and physics. That way, we could focus on understanding the topic, and we wouldnt waste our energy and time to memorize the formulas Raid [4302] Received at: March 31, 2012, 5:34:26 pm Ouch, that's a lot. College hasn't been easy lately for me either, but nothing of the sort, at least. I wish you luck and will be cheering for you, Usami-san. At the very least, Easter is approaching, so that should ease things up a bit, no? =) Yes, I've noticed that our brother Magnum hasn't been very active lately, hence why you're taking care of everything now. But if you enjoy it, then that's great, and I hope it helps relieving you from stress, even a little. ^_^ Yes, a formula book is essential, that's even been discussed in international meetings for teachers of STEM-related fields. Even if questions have to be twice as hard, to mirror difficult situations a scientist or engineer might face, denying students the knowledge of formulas is almost like removing a carpenter's tools and expecting him to do his job - even if he manages to do it, it takes an unreasonable amount of time he could have spent doing something else. Haha, I used to have a chemistry teacher who wouldn't even give us a periodic table to do our tests... It was really hard. Oh, and... Sorry to be a bother, Usami-san, but have I replied to your club mass mail yet...? If not, I'll do it right away. Raid [4302] Sent at: March 31, 2012, 5:47:10 pm Umm, i live in Turkey so no easter holiday here ^_^ We used to have easter holidays at highschool though because i went to a German International highschool. I miss them. I miss highschool too T_T I just checked and you haven't replied yet. I'm gonna try to find a time where most of our members are online so that we can gain as much as possible from the war mode because we will be in war more only for a few hours. Otherwise it might be dangerous for us ^^ Raid [4302] Received at: March 31, 2012, 6:29:13 pm Ah, sorry, Usami-san! XD Judging by your timezone I thought you lived in a country like Greece or Finland, where I believe they celebrate the Easter holiday. Although I hear Turkey is a wonderful place, and I've spoken to Turkish people before, here in Brazil. Great, very friendly people. I also know what you mean, even by just being in college, there are some holidays that don't count as holidays anymore. Just after I left it, highschool suddenly seemed so much better than it was... I see. I completely agree with you, and I apologize for not answering before. Well, I'm usually on from the interval between 8PM and 10PM, GMT, to the interval between 3AM and 4AM, GMT. Any other time I am seen online is simply Unreliable Convenient Compute Time(UCCT), or just me using someone else's computer to play an online game. =) Oh, and I just remembered. How goes the bachelor you tried to find a companion for, uhh, Taurnil-san? Did he manage to find someone? Were your efforts not in vain? =) Raid [4302] Sent at: March 31, 2012, 6:52:52 pm it's not my country's timezone, it's my biologic time cause by my messed up sleeping pattern My megaphone shout helped him to find a girlfriend only to be cheated on, unfortunately, and their relationship lasted only a few hours but he received a confession letter from a new player a few days ago and my megaphone shout helped him gain a little popularity and he made new friends so i guess we can say that my efforts have paid (^_^) You live in Brazil? I always thought you live in a English-speaking country since your use of the language is so good. Raid [4302] Received at: March 31, 2012, 7:14:50 pm Haha, that works, too. XD What time do you usually go to bed, Usami-san? Since I have college classes from morning until nightfall, I tend to only sleep around 6 hours during the week, and then sleep 11 hours or more during the weekends(and in both cases, always after midnight), so my sleeping pattern isn't exactly stellar either. Hooray for college. =) Oh? With a story like that, he could star in a soap opera. XD But I'm happy that Taurnil-san managed to find a woman to cherish him in the end, he seemed like a fun and interesting guy. Good for him that you were there to help. But what prompted you to help him in such an unusual crusade? Was he in such a need for a companion, or did you offer to hep him because it sounded like fun? Yes, I do. It's a nice country, despite the international image it has. =) And thank you for the compliment, but I could say the same to you, Usami-san. I couldn't possibly have guessed that you lived in a country with such a difficult mother language, and even then, sound more natural in English than most English-speakers I have met in my life! Raid [4302] Sent at: March 31, 2012, 7:50:34 pm I usually go to bed around 5am when i don't have classes early in the morning but if i do, i go to bed around 1am. Life starts after sunset for me ^_^ Taurnil is my friend in real life, so i wanted to help him to find a girlfriend since couple actions are quite helpful. The inspiration for my idea to do a megaphone shout came from how i joined INDEED, one of the oldest clubs in SG. My first club in SG was Otaku's Dream and one day i saw a megaphone shout in my message box saying that Decitar, who was INDEED's vice president at that time, is looking for a girlfriend. So i mailed him and learned that it was a prank the club members pulled on him but when i was checking his club's main page, i saw that they are also a mahjong club - and i am a big fan of mahjong, i'm also in a mahjong club in my college - so i joined them in a few games and we chatted in skype, they were so friendly and warmly welcomed me, it was quite different from Otaku's Dream because i have never talked to anyone when i was there, so i decided to join INDEED, and since then, we have been friends and it has been wonderful (^_^) So i decided "why not use the same method again?" and made a megaphone shout for him, but unfortunately, it ended in a love conflict. Thank you, i still don't think i sound as natural as you in English though. Most of the English-speakers i have met don't use the language correctly, i think it is because it's their mother language, i'm pretty sure when i'm talking in Turkish, i also don't really pay attention to grammatical rules. Since English is a foreign language for us, we pay more attention to its use and that makes us sound more natural than most native English-speakers (^_^) Raid [4302] Received at: April 3, 2012, 11:38:24 pm First of all, I wanted to apologize for not replying earlier, Usami-san. I had midterms this Monday and Tuesday, so I had to dedicate almost all of my time to study. Hope you will forgive me. I would also like to take this opportunity to say that while I really liked your pretty picture from before, your current one is very cute, and I am resisting the urge to hug you right now. Can't wait for Easter, myself, since I really love chocolate. =) Huh! Looks like our sleeping habits are very similar... With the possible exception of my waking up in the afternoon during the weekends for going to sleep too late. XD And I am a night person as well! *high fives* Ahaha, what an interesting story! So you were using the same method that once caught your attention and ultimately helped you switch clubs, that was clever. I don't think this time ended in such a love conflict, as at least Taurnil-san has a partner now, and I don't think this maneuver had worked too well on Decitar-san either, prank or not. =p But how nice to have a friend in real life to share the game with, I'm a bit jealous of Usami-san and Taurnil-san. INDEED sounds like it must have been a fun club, too. =) How modest. I personally think your use of the language is better than mine, and that it's the other way around, but. XD You do raise an excellent point, as much as I wish my everyday Portuguese was perfect, I make a ton of grammatical mistakes, don't think a lot before speaking, and often mess up composition. So I'd have to agree with you, thanks to English being a foreign language to us, it makes sense that we are more careful with it. Haha, so much for these rules being drilled into our head by our English teachers, they would be proud now. =) Ah, and how goes the preparation for your Math midterm, Usami-san? Studying is important, but remember to rest too. I feel that relaxing a little the day before the test helps more than reviewing all the content and sleeping little to nothing at all, and I speak this from experience. Raid [4302] Sent at: April 4, 2012, 12:27:16 am I love chocolate too (^_^) as you might already know, my duty on my profile page is chocolate queen ^_^ And you don't need to apologize for that, your studies are much more important than replying to me ^_^ I hope your exam went well ^_^ And thank you for your comment on my new avatar, if you are curious, she is Kataoka Yuuki, a character from the anime "Saki", it focuses on mahjong, i recommend it strongly, it was really fun to watch ^_^ Taurnil and i are like game-twins for 2 years now, we play almost every game together, it's much more fun when you start with someone you know. As much as i would be grateful to my English teachers for teaching me, my knowledge of English mostly comes from anime, manga and some tv series like Doctor Who and House M.D. (^_^) They taught me more than my teachers could. I couldn't study much for my math midterm yet, because i had to write a report for my physics lab but i'll submit it today at 3pm so i think i'll be able to study more efficiently these next 3 days. I agree with you about resting the day before the exam but for some reason, i always feel too nervous before my exams and can't fall asleep the night before. That's why i prefer to study till the exam morning, it's a bad habit but i can't help it T_T Raid [4302] Received at: April 6, 2012, 7:16:38 am Good to know I'm not alone in my anticipation for Easter, then! Haha, imagine how life would be if your touch really turned things into chocolate... Aside from the typical Midas problems, it sounds quite nice. =) Thank you for understanding, Usami-san. And I'm sure my exams could have been better, but I did what I could! In the end, all you can do is your best, right? Ah, I knew it was a bunny girl because of the season, but she's from Saki, huh... I've been meaning to watch that for a while now, it sounds interesting, being a mahjong anime and all! And I'm sure I'd be no match for you, but if I ever get around to learning mahjong we could play some, if you'd like. Also, yes, that does sound like fun, you and Taurnil-san are lucky to have one another as playing partners. Most of my own friends aren't interested in the same types of games I am. XD And as for the English thing I completely agree, since it was the same for me, though in my case I learned most of what I now from games, way before I was able to watch TV programs in English. It's a good way to learn, too, because not being at school and simply watching TV at home, for example, you can have fun as you learn. =) That is more than alright, Usami-san. Please don't think I was nagging you to go study. XD And I have no place to judge your habits before exams, but I can try to propose you an alternative of sorts, so here goes. Well, today is technically the day before the exam. I recommend studying at your leisure, the way you always do. But near the end of the day, when you are supposed to be almost going to bed, head into the kitchen and mix yourself a glass of chocolate milk to drink. I've always done that before every important test in my life and it's been successful so far, since that really helps me relax. And if you want, I can still try finding you some study material, just say the word and I'll do it the moment I see your message. And lastly, good luck on your exam, Usami-san, even if you don't need it! I'll be rooting for you! =) Raid [4302] Sent at: April 9, 2012, 1:14:46 am If you want to learn mahjong, Saki and Akagi are great for learning the basics. And we have a mahjong group in Skype, if you would like to join. You can find me skype id in our club forum. I, actually, managed to get some sleep before tha exam this time, not much though, only 4-5 hours. But i couldn't stop myself from studying before the exam. I woke up at 5am thinking that the exam is at 9 am but when i checked i realized that it was 1pm so with that much free time at my hand, i couldn't possibly reject the opportunity to study more (^_^) But i took your advice and drink chocolate milk before the exam. It was so delicious. I really, REALLY love chocolate~ Raid [4302] Received at: April 10, 2012, 1:57:31 pm Yes, I really am considering watching both series for the enjoyment and the learning part, and then reading up on a few resources for a more formal introduction to mahjong. I confess to be intrigued by the game! Although I might have to decline on the Skype group invitation, Usami-san. As kind as it was, it might take a while before I reach an acceptable level of skill to play with you and your friends, and besides, I'm too shy! XD Please don't get me wrong, I'm very thankful for your kindness. =) Oh, then it that case studying was perfectly alright! I'm glad you seem more confident about this exam. Hope you did great in it, Usami-san, you deserve some weight off your back for a good amount of weeks. =) I like studying for exams during the bus trip to the campus, myself, sometimes it's the most effective time to study, while the tension and anticipation are settling in. There was this time when I was so hopelessly worried of not getting any question right, that it just so happened that I actually only learned the subject in the bus, minutes before the exam. XD Still waiting on my how did I do in that one. Also, sort of similarly to your case, I once got the time wrong for an exam... When I realized it, the exam had already passed. ...But err, sorry, this should be about success stories, not silly mistakes, haha. So no more midterms on your side, for now? Can you finally relax? ...Also... Do you happen to know why did the handsome Nakamura confess to Yertzi-san? @_@ Raid [4302] Happy 100th day~ Received at: April 21, 2012, 5:50:06 am Congratulations on your birthday of a hundred days, Usami-san! May your school life be blessed with a lot of fun, even more wonderful friends, and an insurmountable amount of chocolate! =D I am truly sorry for not being exactly a good friend... But I hope you'll accept my wishes anyway. And though I don't have much, you were the first person in the game to give me a gift(well, two, actually), so I would be happy if you could have some magic in your life, as a form of compensation. So please enjoy your army of Madokas~ ( Also, I am watching Saki right now, it's pretty good! I feel like I'm starting to get the fundamentals of mahjong down, with the help of a book... But there's quite a bit of a road before I can ask for your cooperation in a practice match. =) ) Raid [4302] Sent at: April 21, 2012, 5:58:04 am Thank you Raid ^_^ I really really really love my army of Madokas ^_^ And you are definitely a good friend, don't ever think otherwise about yourself I wasn't even aware of that today is my 100th day in SG and i wasn't expecting any kind of congratulation but a lot of people sent me their best wishes, I feel so happy ^_^ And again, you are a very good friend and thank you for your gift and kind message ^_^ Raid [4302] Sent at: April 29, 2012, 9:26:48 pm Raid-kun, why did you send that much money to me? Raid [4302] Received at: April 29, 2012, 9:31:49 pm Ah, sorry, Usami-san. I was planning to donate that money to the club... But I thought you would have a better use for it right now. From your point offer in the shrines, I take it you need yen right now? So I'll bet that'll do a whole lot better of good than just standing around in my bank. =) Raid [4302] Sent at: April 29, 2012, 9:54:59 pm i prefer that it stays in your bank for the moment, because as you might have noticed, our members are not that active for a while, our 2 activities have failed and not many of them actually trains so i kinda lost my spirit to make them stronger, until they play seriously again, i won't be buying or crafting any equipments anymore, if this continues, i'll probably leave the club so i don't want my money or your money to be wasted. Therefore i'll send it back now Raid [4302] Received at: April 29, 2012, 10:08:32 pm Ah, I can see what you mean... Yes, activity in our club has been lacking lately, which is sad... We couldn't all talk much because our chat didn't work for a long time, but everyone I knew in our club was a cool person. =/ I've thought about leaving before, but that wouldn't be fair to my friends in there... Although, if Usami-san leaves, then I'll probably leave as well. And I would have preferred it if you hadn't returned the money! After all, even if it was sent directly to you with the club in mind, I still sent it to a friend who might be needing some! *sighs* But if you won't accept it no matter what... Then I'll just have to keep it in the bank, take the interest, and give it back to you in the future as a higher amount. =) Raid [4302] Sent at: April 29, 2012, 10:20:00 pm *sighs* No matter what i say, you'll send that money to me, won't you I would probably just buy a better armour for Raid-kun with that money though ^_^ And you shouldn't leave the club because of me! If you are gonna leave, you should do it for your own reasons ^_^ If i were to leave, i would probably start a club myself but i want an active club where people can socialize but i don't know many people in SG who would join as my starting members T_T Raid [4302] Received at: April 29, 2012, 10:33:19 pm Haha, that's right, Usami-san. =) But I should probably send more, when the time you'll accept my offer comes... After all, maybe 1M isn't too much for you anymore. And don't worry about me, as I don't have many uses for money right now. Maybe a better armour would be nice... But I'm not much of a fighter anyway. And besides, I wanted to keep this one for a while longer because of emotional value. XD Umm... But you're sort of one of my reasons to stay in the club, Chief. >_> And two of my kouhais in there, who joined at my recommendation and whom you've also helped, probably think the same. =) Oh, so you already have plans of a new club? Sounds interesting! I would offer to be a starting member, but I don't know if you would have me in your club. I am somewhat active in the game, but I'm still weak and don't use the chats very much... Raid [4302] Sent at: April 29, 2012, 10:52:37 pm That's very sweet of you Raid-kun but if you need it, we should get you a new armour. And ofcourse i would have you in my club, you are a good friend and you don't need to be a fighter or overactive in the game, by overactive i mean as much as me OTL i am basically addicted to SG, i spent like 10 hours or more in SG Raid [4302] Received at: April 29, 2012, 11:09:20 pm Fine. >_> I finally bought myself a Keikogi. I don't get attacked a lot and plan to raise my Guard beyond my 100k, but it's always nice to be prepared! ...By the way, even now, I still have the 1M to send you. You're not escaping that easily~ Oh, you would have me in your club, Usami-san? That makes me very glad! ^_^ ...And I think I know what you mean. At least on the weekends, I find myself at least 10 hours in Sentou, and particularly from night into the mornings... Which is strange, because I don't do much in it. XD Even at college I manage to sneak in a few times to increase stats and answer messages. I'm almost becoming a delinquent at college because of the game. >_> Raid [4302] "Letter of Resignation" Received at: May 12, 2012, 9:02:08 pm I'd like to speak with you about something, Chief. It would have been best if I could say this directly to you, but I guess we'll have to do it through messages, because of time differences. Even thought the club has been getting more activity lately, and we've been having brief entries into war mode, which has done wonders for our club respect... I... I will be leaving for a friend's club. It's not like I give much to The Brotherhood right now, not being a fighter and not donating often... So I'll see if I can be more useful elsewhere. Everyone will still be my brothers and sisters, and the memories will stay forever... But I guess this is it. In any case, thank you very much for your hard work for the club, Chief. As one of the brothers, I've learned what great leadership and great heart meant while I was under you, and you were always the sister we all admired. =) ...And even not as the president, but as a friend, I appreciate all you've done for me, Usami-san. My days won't be the same without you around, but I hope we can continue being friends, as well as brothers in spirit! (Because actual brother and sister might feel a little uncomfortable... >_> So... I'm done. I will wait for a while, while I get ready to say my farewells... And I'll probably leave officially in several hours. And once again, thank you for everything, Usami-san. *respectfully bows* Raid [4302] Sent at: May 12, 2012, 9:21:29 pm You... You are leaving? T^T Oh boy.. I'm not good with goodbyes.... Well it's not like you are quitting SG but still... This feels sad T^T But we are still friends! So feel free to ask me if you need anything Goodbye... T^T Raid [4302] Sent at: May 17, 2012, 1:15:45 am Here is a keikogi armour to congratulate you for becoming vp in SWG *hugs* ^_^ I hope it protects you from the attacks of bad people! I was just talking to Etzel (or pretzel as I call him ) and he told me how you guys met, it reminded me how we met. If my memory is not failing me, I busted you out of detention center then mailed you about clubs, right? Raid [4302] Received at: May 17, 2012, 1:57:21 am *slightly dodges the hug* Raid [4302] Sent at: May 17, 2012, 8:44:06 am umm.... Did I do something wrong? Raid [4302] Received at: May 17, 2012, 7:01:30 pm N-no, you did nothing wrong, Usami-san! I actually wrote you a lengthy reply, but it appears that it got cut-off almost entirely. A hundred apologies for that, I can see why you'd be worried, having only received a single sentence as an answer for your act of kindness and goodwill. >_> I'll try to summarize the main things I wanted to say, and write you back as soon as possible, okay? =) And once again, sorry about the seemingly random message you received. *bows* Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 9:17:20 am Raid, I'll quit SG in 5 days. I'm removing every contact that is related to SG from my skype. Would you like to be able to contact me still? If so, please let me know. ^_^ Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 10:13:07 am Actually, I'd be really happy if you still want to stay in contact with me... Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 2:05:40 pm Apparently I'll be quitting today since we already bought Taurnil's estate, there is no reason for me to stay anymore. But I'll wait for you to come online ^_^ Raid [4302] Received at: June 1, 2012, 4:01:16 pm ... I... See... I realize this choice is yours and yours alone, Usami-san... And I can't say I've done much to give you reason to stay... But I'm still saddened by the sudden news. T_T ... S-sorry, I need to recompose myself for a moment. ... ... ... ... As... As explained in the message I wrote once again, which I apparently never did send to you... You were not only my first friend in Sentou, but also a role model to me, as a player: gentle, kind, fun, accepting and hardworking... Although Sentou was just another game you played, you always gave it your all to help your friends and those important to you, and even acted as an incredible VP and president, back in the Brotherhood. ...Even quitting the game, you'll still remain my role model, which I'll continue to strive to become more like. And I truly appreciate your going out of your way to wait for my answer. To be honest, I would be very happy to stay in contact with you, Usami-san! ...And to tell you the truth, coincidentally, just today I mentioned to Taurnil-san how I felt a little embarrassed for accepting your request in Skype on Monday, and never having talked to you in it for almost a week. XD But yes, I definitely would like to continue being friends with you, if at all possible. =) Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 4:23:39 pm Thank you for your kind words but I don't deserve them at all honestly ^_^;; Taurnil mentioned that to me and I, actually, want to ask you about something, so when you are online in skype, let me know, though I'm playing STO at the moment Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 5:18:52 pm Sorry I needed to ask you something so I came back >.> How often are you online in skype? Raid [4302] Received at: June 1, 2012, 5:25:53 pm Ah, I'm usually online at nighttime for me, so from around 7PM, up to maybe 4AM or later, depending on the day. We're six hours apart, I believe... So I guess from 1AM to 10AM for you, Usami-san...? On weekends, there'll be higher chances of me dropping by earlier than 7PM, which might help our odds of meeting. And to tell you the truth... I'm almost always online at both Sentou and Skype at the same time. Today is an exception, since I'm about to go to bed early... I didn't actually go to bed this night, you see, so I haven't yet slept at all. >_> My apologies. Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 5:30:25 pm Oh I see, no need to apologize, and one more question if you don't mind. I've realized that I've never asked you this. How old are you? ^_^;; Raid [4302] Received at: June 1, 2012, 5:39:03 pm I don't mind at all. You can ask me anything you want, Usami-san. =) Ehh... I think I'm a little old, personally. All these young people in the game make me feel a little jealous, sometimes. XD ...Oh, well. I'm 21 years old, Usami-san. ...And how about yourself? I know it's rude to ask a lady her age, but I'm really curious to know, and since you just asked me the same question~ Raid [4302] Sent at: June 1, 2012, 5:47:42 pm You are not old actually. For me at least. Since I'm also 21 >.>;; But I do understand why you feel old. Sometimes I feel the same seeing kids here at the age of 14 *sighs* Also, can you please start calling me Gin? Usami-san feels too distant to be honest ._.;;
